C6 is the second generation of GTR and carries on the tradition started with the first. Although customers who purchased the first generation loved the subtle design cues and outstanding performance that went into each car, an increasing number of potential customers began requesting a more radical alteration to the stock Corvette. Something that was tasteful and recognizable as a Corvette, yet stood out and commanded attention. Jeff Nowicki, founder of Specter Werkes delivered with the debut of C6 GTR number 001. It was a silver 2008 model sold to Rollie Purifoy, owner of Purifoy Chevrolet in Fort Lupton, Colorado.

GTR Features

BODY

	Race inspired design that produces downforce without too much drag that glues you to the road.
	GTR specific bodywork made from hand-laid fiberglass using high temperature dimensionally stable resin.

CHASSIS

	The GTR is equipped with Hotchkis performance anti roll bars with increased wall thickness to eliminate body roll. Spherical rod ends and urethane bushings mount the bars to the chassis.
	Special rear shock modification for optimum handling.
	Front-end alignment is optimized for superior steering response.
	All GTRs start with the Z-51 / ZO6 option.
	Your choice of wheels from Fikse or HRE polished or anodized to your specification.
	285/35 18 front and 345/30 19 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
